The Radiosurgery Society invites you to submit your original contributions to the 2025 RSS Scientific Meeting in the fields of stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS), stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT), and advancing therapies.

Submission Process and Requirements

Each abstract submission has three tasks: 1) Abstract, 2) Authors, and 3) Permission to Post and Distribute Abstracts, Posters, and Presentations. Work through these one at a time, using the guidelines below.

1) Abstract

The abstract submission task has a separate field for each section. All fields are required. Your submission will be organized within the following six sections:

Title
Topic
Is the Presenting Author a Resident/Fellow/Student?
If Yes, would you like this abstract to be submitted for the Members In Training Research Achievement Award?
Each section below should not exceed 500 characters, and there should be no more than a total of 2,000 characters in the entire abstract.

Conclusions

2) Author(s)

3) Permission to post and distribute Abstracts, Posters, and Presentations

By submitting your abstract, you give the Radiosurgery Society® permission to post, publish, and/or distribute the submitted abstract, poster, and/or presentation in printed and/or electronic form. Accepted abstracts will be published on the Radiosurgery Society website and the Radiosurgery Society Channel in the Cureus Journal of Medical Science. If you have any questions about this permission request, please contact us at abstracts@therss.org.

2. Click the button [Save Submission] in the upper right.
3. Click the button [Submit] in the upper right. Until you click this button, your abstract will not be submitted for review.

Abstract Grading & Selection

All submissions will undergo a blinded peer-review process and be ranked using the following criteria:

  1. General interest in the subject of the abstract/hypothesis
  2. Quality of the science cited in the abstract
  3. Size of the series and the length of the follow-up
  4. Novelty or the level of uniqueness of the study
