The RSS has a secured a rate of $250.00* per night for a standard single room for all RSS Scientific Meeting Attendees.  *Rate exclusive of applicable State and Local taxes and daily $15.00 service fee. The service fee includes guestroom wireless internet services, unlimited local phone calls, complimentary self-parking, unlimited admission to WestinWorkout, and complimentary transportation to La Encantada Shopping Center wihtin a 3-mile radius. Group rate applies for stays beginning March 14, 2025 through and including March 26, 2025.

This discounted rate is valid until February 24, 2025, at 11:59 pm ET. After that, you will need to contact the hotel directly to secure a room. Rooms and rates are subject to availability.

Please note that upon booking your reservation, your credit card will be charged a deposit equal to the first night’s room and tax. To avoid forfeiture of deposit, please ensure all changes and cancellations are made at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date.
