Dr. Rohann Correa is a Radiation Oncologist and Clinician-Scientist at London Health Sciences Centre and an Assistant Professor at The Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry, Western University in London, Canada. His clinical research and publications focus on Stereotactic Ablative Radiotherapy (SABR) for renal and prostate cancers as well as for oligometastatic disease. He sits on the Steering Committee of the International Radiosurgical Oncology Consortium for Kidney (IROCK) and is the institutional principal investigator for the IROCK Registry. He has published on the biologic underpinnings of the metastatic process and is the translational co-lead investigator on two phase III trials of SABR for oligometastatic cancers, SABR-COMET-3 and SABR-COMET-10, as well as a principal invistigator of the upcoming SABR-ESCALATE randomized phase II trial. In collaboration with liquid biopsy experts at Stanford University, he is developing novel blood-based biomarkers that will aid in clinical decision-making and refine patient selection for metastasis-directed therapy.
